LinkedIn is similar to Facebook, about two to four times per day won’t be a problem for a business fan page.
Content is king on the web today. Posting information that is relevant to your business is essential to your success. So tweeting about the Lakers game the night before isn’t going to do you any good. In fact, you’ve probably turned off seventy percent of your female followers, plus every person who isn’t a Lakers fan. Ouch! Honestly, people don’t follow a business site to get sports updates, that’s what your personal pages are for.
When you post on your Facebook or Twitter page, make sure the information is relevant to your goods or services. You are the expert and the information you have stored in your brain could fill novels. Use that information and things that happen in your daily business life to inform your customers. That’s what they look to you for. If you can deliver it in an entertaining way great! Just keep the sports commentary to yourself and your buddies, not your clients. You’ll be able to build a solid customer base and followers by giving them great tips to succeed in your business.
