Most people don’t have success in network marketing because they never get going the correct way.

Maybe it’s not their fault, simply that they haven’t located the correct people to assist them, or a decent internet marketing guide to explain to them what the overall design should look like.

There is decidedly a “system” or “plan of action” that profitable MLM’ers use, and it tends to look very related. In fact, the majority of marketers who don’t follow this simple game plan never own the success they’re looking for.

That’s why I put together this short internet marketing guide. I don’t have space to analyze every final tiny detail, however it will get you on the correct way and help you set up your sales the adequate way from the beginning!

Internet Marketing Guide: The Funnel

#1. Capture Page

I’m assuming you’re already in an MLM, plus I’m also writing in order of which I think you should set up initially (for those of you screaming “No! You need traffic first!”).

It’s awfully easy for a lot of marketers to be satisfied using the replicated capture page that their MLM provides with them. Of course your MLM desires you to use their page. it brands them! It doesn’t brand you or portray you as a leader. No giant MLMer has ever frequently employed their MLM’s capture page and assembled a large, duplicating downline.

Some strategies to build your own capture page: NVU or Pagebreeze to design your own for free, employ a marketing system, or pay a 3rd party service to set them up for you.

#2. Front End money

Basically, it requires a long time for the average network marketer to build their MLM to the point where it creates a great income. Usually, the majority of marketers run out of money paying their autoship as well as other tools, and have to bow out before they may grow their MLM up. If you can make immediate, up-front money, then you can remain alive long enough to build your biz. Plus, you’ll come up with a little seed cash for advertising.

Some ideas to create front end money: Adsense on your blog, affiliate offers through your blog or autoresponder, selling your own merchandise after someone opts in but before they see your MLM, or selling a marketing system.

#3. Autoresponder

The third necessary step in this internet marketing guide is you must utilize your autoresponder to its fullest potential. Even if you simply have 10 people on your list, you have to get an autoresponder to remain in constant contact, make sales, and advance your ability to pitch with writing. I leverage Aweber, but some other good sources are icontact and getresponse.

I’ve heard that the typical person requires around 5-7 exposures before they’ll trust you and maybe join you. Your autoresponder may do that on autopilot, and with hundreds or thousands of people at the same time.

Some ideas to effectively work with your autoresponder: be entertaining, message frequently (even everyday if possible), provide beneficial information, and only pitch occasionally.

#4. Traffic

With those other 3 things in place, it’s time to run the figures and get as many people to go to your capture page as possible, pay you up front cash before they deal with your MLM, and then stay in communication with you with the autoresponder.

My favorite, and most leveraged, method to obtain traffic is to write articles. If you formulate one article, it’s out there forever getting you traffic. If you write 100, you’ve got a reliable base for traffic that won’t go away. Basically, begin creating articles concerning your niche (not pitches, except useful info) and then in the resource box put a link to your capture page.

Of course, if you want to pay for advertising, there are thousands of places to place banners, text ads, email ads, and so on. You can just Google that stuff, like “advertising opportunites MLM” or something. Just perform your research, or you’ll get sucked into unresponsive places to position your ads.
