The Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) president and CEO Bob Dinneen visited with farmers, guests and the farm media on the 2011 Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois this week. Dinneen has been touring around the Midwest this month and says he is always astonished by way of the power of the nation’s farmers to do their activity, no matter what Mother Nature throws at them. “The fact of the subject is, the American farmer is the most productive and environment friendly on the planet,” Bob says. “We will get by way of this and there will be ample supply to meet the purposes for grain that subsist. “
On the opposite hand, Dinneen is frustrated with the lack of Congress to do its activity. “It’s bought every thing to do with a dysfunctional Congress that could not agree on whether or not Mother’s Day was once an even thing,” he mentioned, including that in terms of power coverage, nothing is happening right now. “They’re focused right now on this tremendous committee which is a recipe for more gridlock. There is no manner the ones 12 participants are going to be able to give you a plan to handle the country’s needs relating to the price range and taxes. “
